Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order and obtain a refund before it has been dispatched. After it has been shipped, please await its arrival and then initiate the return procedure.
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority. Most products in pristine condition can be returned within 30 business days from the date of delivery.

- Once you receive return instructions from us, ensure the item(s) are packed in their original packaging.
- Return the item(s) as instructed. We will provide you with the return address and shipping details after your return is confirmed. (Note: Returns that are not authorized will not be accepted).
- Typically, we process returns within 5 business days after receiving your package.
Return Conditions

Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a return, and you must include a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please refrain from sending your purchase back to the manufacturer.

If you wish to return an item for personal reasons (for example, dissatisfaction with the product or selecting the wrong size), a full refund will still apply.
No restocking fees will be charged for returns.
